Reduce Consumption of Diary Products

The amount of diary we consume is considerable. It makes up a third of the average UK shop. When you translate that to the impact on nature and climate, a third of an average UK citizen comes from consumption of diary. This is due to the land used to feed cows. Not just the grass they eat, but the mountains of soy based foods we give them, which are causing deforestation in tropical regions. This is even before we consider the methane production of cow farts!
