Reduce consumption of meat

Eating animal products is incredibly inefficient, requiring 8 times the land to produce the same number of calories as plant based food. Livestock farming also contributes 18% of human-produced greenhouse gas emissions worldwide. Eating too much meat affects biodiversity, climate change and water. Reducing the amount of meat also has considerable benefits to our health. Take one action will improve your and the planets health. To achieve it, simply choose to have more of your meals as vegan or vegetarian, and learn some new recipes.
